Raphael Sloane @ Altered Space Gallery
Altered Space Gallery will be continuing the exhibition
of artist Raphael Sloane, as well as other artists Michele Mikesell, GraceAnn Warn, and Richard Patterson. Raphael Sloan,
although, has a secret: he has developed a new way of capturing images
that defies description. Using simple everyday tools such as the scanner,
Sloane has turned the realm of the garden into a sensual view of endangered
plants and everyday flowers.
Reception on June 6th from 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Show runs
through the end of June.

Heal the Bay @ Tales & Toys
From 5:30 - 6:30 pm Tales & Toys will be hosting Jo from Heal the Bay. Jo will be here to talk
specifically with the kids about why the ocean is important for marine life and people! She will also talk about the sources
of ocean pollution and what we can all do to protect our oceans. She will be bringing along some acitivy guides, stickers,
bookmarks, and general information about Heal the Bay. We hope you can come by!
10% of the proceeds from the night will be donated to Heal
the Bay, so come on out and spend some time with your local retailers!
